B.The guidance and the advice
It gives the guidance and advice to the construction persons concered over the safe securing.

C.The conference
It does the office work for the conference through which the safe measure is attempted to the maritime affair persons concerned.

D.The public relations
It presents a plan about the construction, a sailing safe measure and a construction implementation situation report and so on to the Japan Coast Guard, and it requests the Agency so that such in formations could be well known through the watercourse report and the sailing caution. It further distributes a leaflet about the construction works every month, as the principle, to the maritime affair persons concerned.

E.The investigation and the examination on the security of ship navigation.
It takes a measure to the influence over the sailing shipping which occurs with construction, and examines a measure for security of ship navigation and the smooth-inaction for the purpose of the promotion of the Osaka harbor and the improvement of the harbor function.

F.The emergency service for the security
It gives the urgent information to the related organizations and agencies, and offers the guidance and advice for the emergency cooperation, when any shipwreck accident occurs.
